House prices in Chiswick have an overall average of £965,555 over the last year, according to Rightmove.
The majority of properties sold in Chiswick last year were flats, selling for an average price of £563,381. Terraced properties sold for an average of £1,236,832, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,883,391.
Overall, the historical sold prices in Chiswick over the last year were 7% down on the previous year and 12% down on the 2022 peak of £1,102,840.
In the previous 12 months over 370 properties were sold of which 213 were leasehold and 158 freehold. Regarding property types, 205 were flats or apartments, 104 terraced houses, 51 semi-detached and 11 detached.

By way of comparison, Halifax House Price Index reports that London remains the most expensive part of the UK, now averaging £539,914 per property. London, the South West and the South East continue to see moderate growth with price rises of +0.2% and +0.5%.
UK house prices rose in July, up by +0.4% (£1,080 in cash terms), the biggest monthly increase since the start of this year. The average house price nationally is £298,237, +2.4% higher than a year ago.
