Learn new gardening skills

Mar 22, 2022
Hounslow council has funded the Hive Outreach programme for a second year. This is especially welcome post-lockdown to encourage communities to interact with each other again.
The initiative is run by Cultivate London, an independent social enterprise and charity. Regular FREE monthly drop-in community gardening sessions take place at The Salopian Garden in Isleworth, on Wednesdays 10am-4pm.
There are lots of beds to plant up and seedlings just bursting to be planted out. It's a great way to enjoy nature alongside the sunny weather.
Cultivate London will be working with up to 8 new groups from across Hounslow and is hoping to create 'green champions' with newly-loved sites producing food and increasing community interaction and general wellbeing.
