Foubert's - Chiswick's favourite ice cream café

Now occupying an attractive Edwardian building in Turnham Green Terrace, Foubert's started life in Foubert's Place, just off Carnaby Street (hence the name) in the early 1970's.

This Italian restaurant and hotel is run by ​Luciano and Maria, and is best known for its revitalising selection of ice creams and sorbets. The booth-seating is cosy and unpretentious for coffees, pizzas and pasta dishes.

Twenty-four fragrant flavours of ice cream are still made on the premises ​in classic Italian drums. All the usual flavours include tutti fruiti, rum and raisin, pistachio, coffee, lemon, mango and orange. And some surprises - rose, amaretto and wild cherry.

Whatever scoop size you order, your cone or tub is always crammed full to overflowing.

Everyone is assured of an authentic welcome in this endearing local gem, whether popping in for ice cream or staying in one of eight bed and breakfast rooms above the premises. Comfortably the most-loved establishment in Chiswick!
